I am a meditation teacher who trained at Spirit Rock Meditation Center, one of the most well-respected meditation centers in the country. I am the guiding and founding teacher of One Mind Dharma, and author of the recently published Practicing Mindfulness – 75 Essential Meditations to Reduce Stress, Improve Mental Health, and Find Peace in the Everyday. I have taught adolescents and adults at Against the Stream Buddhist Meditation Society, the One Mind Dharma Center, various yoga studios, and addiction treatment centers across California.
